Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy on NON-CUSTOMIZED items only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your item is a custom order, returns are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your purchase please don't hesitate to contact us so we can help out.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return postage fee of the items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; completed custom products (such as special orders or personalized keepsake items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Once we have started work on your custom item, we are unable to return any items whole you may have supplied to make any personalized sweatshirt(s). If this is the case we cannot issue a refund. If you have requested a cancellation before work has started on your sweatshirt, a refund will be processed minus the cost of a sweatshirt and the return postage fee to return any clothing or items you have sent. We cannot accept returns on completed custom sweatshirts, but should there be a fault with your item, please get in touch right away so that we can fix it for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
