Do you take custom orders on items listed?

Yes, if there is something you like but want to change the thread color, word, phrase, etc. Please use the custom order section to reach out and indicate what item you would like to customize.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

I do not currently ship outside of the United States.

What is your processing and shipping time frame?

Embroider and transfer items in my shop are made to order. For this reason processing time can take up to 2-3 weeks for embroidered items. Transfer items can take up to 1-2 weeks for processing time. After the item(s) is made it will be shipped out.

What are the care instructions for your items?

All embroidered and transferred items will last longer with correct care. Please turn garment inside out. Machine wash on cold. No fabric softener. No bleach. Tumble dry on low, unless otherwise stated. Do not iron directly on design.

Do you offer wholesale items?

Yes, if you are looking for items for an event, or a company order please contact me about the details.
